The Thought Model

The Thought Model is one of the most important tools we use in Estrangement Coaching, so this week’s work is a little more robust and intensive. Please see below for your audio lessons and your supporting guide document that walks you through this exercise.

Your assignment is as follows:

  • Listen to all the audios on this page.

  • Look through the Guide Document, and then using the Guide Document, do one of the Thought Models (the Current and Intentional) each day. Email me two of your Models for feedback.
