How to get the most from this course:
1) Pray. Ask Jesus to use these Lessons to give you exactly what He wants you to take from them.
2) Set aside daily time for your homework and practicing the concepts you learn. Treat this as a valid committment.
3) Listen to one section per week. Resist any urge to skip ahead or devour the course in one week.
4) Each week, listen to the audio Lesson. and complete any homework in the Lesson. You can also read the Lesson in text form if you want to do that.
5) Each week, access the Medicine Matriarch Card for the applicable Lesson. On each card, there is a focus thought for the week, and Bible verses to study and pray aloud. Practice saying and writing the thought in your journal daily, and practice praying aloud and writing the Bible verses daily, as well. The Cards are printable, or you can download and view them from your computer or phone.
